In order to provide more efficient service for your warranty and repair claim on our products, we have implemented this procedure to eliminate all unnecessary issues.
Claim Procedures
- Step 1
Fill in the Repair Authorization Form (RAF)
- Step 2
Send it to us via email (rma@sensorlink.com.my) or fax (+603-7983 9330)
- Step 3
Upon receiving your RAF, our support personnel will evaluate and may contact you for clarifications before providing a Repair Authorization (RA) code for your reference
- Step 4
After obtaining the RA code, send the product to us with a copy of the RAF.
Kindly use the Repair Authorization (RA) code to check on the status of your product
If there is a dispute regarding the warranty of a product which does not fall under the warranty conditions, kindly include a written explanation with the product upon returning the product.
