Solution Sales Manager, Sales Development

We seek a senior technical sales candidate that is self-inspired to learn and demonstrates a high degree of customer service while positively contributing to our team. The candidate shall focus on solution selling into existing and new accounts. The role will be required to locate, qualify, propose, and close deals in an effective and efficient manner. Applicant must have an ability to understand business needs, develop relationships with clients and address the business needs of clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical sales background and be capable of selling directly to customers.

 Responsibilities

  • Meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive direct sales via cold calling, in-person sales calls, and presentations.
  • Manage and close sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, account resource allocation, and opportunity management.
  • Establish, manage and maintain key account client relationships.
  • Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
  • Must be able to identify/recognize business opportunities, approach a potential clients and build the solution business.
  • Work independently and lead on pre-sales activities which includes:
    – Understand customer IT infrastructure, Security/Operation flow and project requirements;
    – Strategic Solution selling;
    – Solution Presentation;
    – Solution Demonstration and Proof of Concept;
    – Solution Proposal;
    – Project specification preparation.
