1) CHANNEL SALES ENGINEER (DISTRIBUTION DIVISION) OR SALES ENGINEER (SYSTEM DIVISION)
Responsibilities
  • Sales and marketing of professional CCTV products
  • Handle existing and establish new dealers network nationwide
  • To assist in the development of new products and services
  • Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Attend to sales and technical enquiries, prepare quotations
  • Responsible for achieving new sales targets by mapping out different sales strategies
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through resellers and end-users
Requirements:
  • Male and Female applicant, Malaysian citizen only
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Experience in similar or related field is an advantage
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel
  • Independent and matured personality
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Min SPM level and Malaysian citizen

2) STOREKEEPER

Responsibilities
  • Supervises the daily operations of store
  • Performs a variety of stocking activities that is stores and distributes goods
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of monthly inventory and stock records
  • Ensure stock system is being update constantly according to store received and delivered
  • Coordinates with Accounting and participates in the annual physical inventory process.
  • Able to plan and supervise the work of storekeepers
  • Able to organize / planning on the stock keeping
Requirements:
  • Male applicant
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Experience in similar or related field is an advantage
  • Posses own transport
  • Independent and matured personality
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Min Diploma level and Malaysian citizen
  • Must be willing to work after normal working hours/standby

3) PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities
  • To identify problems and issues (technical, process, etc.) encountered and highlight to Team Lead/Manager
  • Responsible to provide technical support and ensuring the network infrastructure is well integrated, properly configured, tested, secured and available for service on time
  • Assess technical problems, acquiring pertinent data/information, able to analyze problems and follow procedures to resolve issues.
  • Monitor LAN/WAN, TCP/IP network, and integrity of customer networks
  • Configure products such as router, L2 & L3 switches
  • On site trouble shooting for IP related product and network (routers and switches)
  • Design and dimensioning network to support sales on network solution during tender
Requirements:
  • Have working experience in data centre or network environment
  • Diploma / Degree in IT/Engineering or related field of studies
  • Strong network skills in LAN and Network with TCP/IP. CCNA will be added advantage.
  • Must have experience in deploying Router, Switches, and other related IT equipments.
  • Thorough understanding of various networking and application level protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, 802.1q, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, VPN
  • Must able to communicate effectively, be a strong advocate, and work to guide the solution delivered, be proactive and team player.
  • Conceptual understanding of Information Technology (IT) environments with the ability to advice and source for the appropriate network equipment to meet designed or project requirements
  • Pleasant interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and Independent and proactive
  • Experience in ISP and security CCTV industry will be an added advantage
  • Must be willing to work after normal working hours/standby

4) SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance and troubleshooting of Digital Video Recorder (DVR)
  • Help to restore customers' systems and operation in shortest possible time.
  • Performs installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment working primarily on site.
  • Provides customer with overview of installation activity, site-specific information and access to appropriate contacts
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
  • Handles customer-relationship problems promptly and appropriately, escalates issues according to established procedures
  • To assist sales department on technical issue 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
  • Fair command of English
  • Experience in hardware installation and maintenance
  • Able to work independently to achieve desired career objectives.
  • Good analytical skills in problem solving
  • Good understanding on network infrastructure and cabling works
  • Must be willing to travel outstation on short notice
  • Must be willing to work after normal working hours/standby
  • Experience in ISP and security CCTV industry will be an added advantage

5) TECHNICIAN (IN-HOUSE REPAIR)

Responsibilities
  • Assist troubleshooting and repair for all products
  • Involve in (especially housekeeping), update all the RA form, attend customer fault call,system modification.
  • Prepare the daily reporting, RMA reporting.
  • Testing for RMA product, RMA packing.
  • To work closely between sales and customer in order to achieve better work flow and Understanding
Requirements:

  • Min 1 to 2 years working experience
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel
  • Diploma / Certificate in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Preferable with Repairing Knowledge and Electronic Hardware
