2) HR Admin
Responsibilities
  • Perform HR data entry in the database (Annual Leave, Employment, Medical, Others)
  • Co-ordinate on the recruitment and interview
  • Assist in co-ordinate training needs for employee
  • Prepare and submit the training expenses to the PSMB accordingly
  • Assist in preparing year end appraisal and rewards
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR, Administration or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently to achieve desired career objectives.
  • Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative based on clearly defined procedures
  • Preferable with computer literacy MS Office

3) IT Technician
Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance and troubleshooting of Digital Video Recorder (DVR)
  • Perform installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and related services.
  • Responsible for system upgrade, software setup and installation.
  • IT Network setup, configuration and trouble shooting.
  • To prepare report to dealer/SI for the root cause of issue.
  • To liaise with manufacture on all kind of products issue.
  • To assist sales department on technical issue and demo.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Certificate in IT or equivalent.
  • Experience in hardware installation and maintenance
  • Able to work independently to achieve desired career objectives.
  • Must be willing to travel outstation on short notice.
  • Experience in ISP and security CCTV industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding in various computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting will be an added advantage
  • Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative based on clearly defined procedures
  • Fresh graduate or at least with 1-2 years of working experiences, Malaysian citizen

4) Product Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy plan & coordination of the assigned products.
  • Develop the core messaging that differentiates products, highlights product strengths and values for the market and provides product focus for Marketing initiatives, media and efforts.
  • Design, implement & support marketing initiatives on events & campaigns to drive demand for the assigned products.
  • Responsible for performing market intelligent research and design the strategy to stay competitive in the market.
  • Assist in providing content support for advertisements/write-up/mailings/brochures to promote the sales efforts.
  • Provide technical & sales support to internal team & customers on various product development tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma/Higher, Bachelor's degree in marketing, Electronic & Electrical ,Business, Computer Science, IT/Networking or related field.
  • 1 or 2 years' experience in surveillance industry is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

5) IT & Product Support Engineer
Responsibilities
  • To provide pre and post sales support on product application software
  • To identify problems and issues (technical, process, etc.) encountered and highlight to Team Lead/Manager
  • Responsible to provide technical support and ensuring system implementation is well integrated, properly configured, tested, secured and available for service on time
  • Assess technical problems, acquiring pertinent data/information, able to analyze problems and follow procedures to resolve issues.
  • Configure application product software & switches ( including L2 & L3 switches )
  • On site trouble shooting for IP related product and network (routers and switches)
  • Design and dimensioning network to support sales on network solution during tender/project.
Requirements:
  • Have working experience in data centre, network environment & product software support
  • Diploma / Degree in IT/Engineering or related field of studies
  • Strong network skills in LAN and Network with TCP/IP. CCNA will be added advantage.
  • Must have experience in deploying Router, Switches, and other related IT equipments.
  • Thorough understanding of various networking and application level protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, 802.1q, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, VPN
  • Must able to communicate effectively, be a strong advocate, and work to guide the solution delivered, be proactive and team player.
  • Conceptual understanding of Information Technology (IT) environments with the ability to advice and source for the appropriate network equipment to meet designed or project requirements
  • Pleasant interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, Independent and proactive
