1) Receptionist cum clerical
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls and directs calls correctly
- Takes & delivers messages
- Pleasant phone voice with proper grammar spoken
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals including clients, employees and applicants
- Handle walk in customer and provide good customer service
- Handle courier services such as collection / charges / receiving
- Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly
- Assist support clerk in registering the repair item sent in by customer
Requirements:
- Min 1 to 2 years working experience
- Diploma in Administration
- Independent and matured personality
- Preferable with Computer literacy especially accounting software
- Age below 30years old
2) IT Technician (Embedded)
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and troubleshooting of Digital Video Recorder (DVR)
- Perform installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and related services.
- Responsible for system upgrade, software setup and installation.
- IT Network setup, configuration and trouble shooting
- To prepare report to supplier on defects units-problem, causes and solutions if any
- To assist sales department on technical issue and demo
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in IT or equivalent.
- Experience in hardware installation and maintenance
- Able to work independently to achieve desired career objectives.
- Must be willing to travel outstation on short notice
- Experience in ISP and security CCTV industry will be an added advantage
- Good understanding in various computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting will be an added advantage
- Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative based on clearly defined procedures
- Fresh graduate or at least with 1-2 years of working experiences
- Must be willing to work after normal working hours/standby
- Must posses valid driving license
3) System Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing of professional CCTV products
- Handle existing and establish new dealers network nationwide
- To assist in the development of new products and services
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Attend to sales and technical enquiries, prepare quotations
- Responsible for achieving new sales targets by mapping out different sales strategies
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through resellers and end-users
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Experience in similar or related field is an advantage
- Posses own transport and willing to travel
- Independent and matured personality
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Min SPM level and Malaysian citizen
4) Project Engineer
Responsibilities
- Site survey
- Coordinate & lead the team of technicians for timely completion of the projects
- Generate weekly activities report & weekly project expenses report.
- Constantly provide feedback on the project status to respective people
- Ensure timely completion of the projects
- Perform the project schedule / plan for ease of tracking progress
- Liaise with various sub-contractors, customer's engineers and consultants
- Perform appropriate field inspections to ensure all system is working proper in order.
- Perform necessary project coordination including implementation, material preparation, installation works, supervision, system testing and system handover
- Monitor and supervise contractor installation, customer requirement and site coordination
- Source for products and negotiate with local supplier.
- Liaise with Manufacturer's technical engineers for any technical assistance whenever is required
- Assist the Pre-sales team in preparing schematic design and layout drawing whenever is required
Requirements:
