1) IT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance and troubleshooting of Digital Video Recorder (DVR)
Perform installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and related services.
Responsible for system upgrade, software setup and installation.
IT Network setup, configuration and trouble shooting
To prepare report to supplier on defects units-problem, causes and solutions if any
To assist sales department on technical issue and demo

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Certificate in IT or equivalent.
Fair command of English
Experience in hardware installation and maintenance
Able to work independently to achieve desired career objectives.
Must be willing to travel outstation on short notice
Experience in ISP and security CCTV industry will be an added advantage
Good understanding in various computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting will be an added advantage
Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative based on clearly defined procedures
Fresh graduate or at least with 1-2 years of working experiences.
Must be willing to work after normal working hours/standby
Must posses valid driving license

2) OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Assist in admin operation such as office maintenance, bookings, etc
Assist in verifying staffs overtime
To maintain record of employee annual leave / medical leave
Handle the insurance scheme for employee and keep records
To perform monthly attendance check list and updating new staffs data in office card access software
Monitoring the daily operation such as order processing, coordination, arrangement on delivery, verifying documents
Perform recruitments, training and development, company events

Requirements:

3) ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Perform daily clerical tasks and a variety of entry-level accounting transactions
Keeps records and follow up on outstanding payments that are overdue or long due
To deposit all cheques and cash and record them accordingly
To check all employee monthly claims and must verified by HOD
Assist in year end audit / closing
Assist in monitoring the accounts operation such as verifying documents, coordination, etc
Organizes and maintain proper current accounts department and daily related filings to smoothen tracking procedures when required.

Requirements:

4) CHANNEL SALES ENGINEER (DISTRIBUTION DIVISION) OR SALES ENGINEER (SYSTEM DIVISION)

Responsibilities

Sales and marketing of professional CCTV products
Handle existing and establish new dealers network nationwide
To assist in the development of new products and services
Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Attend to sales and technical enquiries, prepare quotations
Responsible for achieving new sales targets by mapping out different sales strategies
Identify and develop new business opportunities through resellers and end-users

Requirements:

5) STOREKEEPER (SUPERVISOR)

Responsibilities

Supervises the daily operations of store
Performs a variety of stocking activities that is stores and distributes goods
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of monthly inventory and stock records
Ensure stock system is being update constantly according to store received and delivered
Coordinates with Accounting and participates in the annual physical inventory process.
Able to plan and supervise the work of storekeepers
Able to organize / planning on the stock keeping

Requirements:

6) NETWORK ENGINEER

Responsibilities

To identify problems and issues (technical, process, etc.) encountered and highlight to Team Lead/Manager
Responsible to provide technical support and ensuring the network infrastructure is well integrated, properly configured, tested, secured and available for service on time
Assess technical problems, acquiring pertinent data/information, able to analyze problems and follow procedures to resolve issues.
Monitor LAN/WAN, TCP/IP network, and integrity of customer networks
Configure products such as router, L2 & L3 switches
On site trouble shooting for IP related product and network (routers and switches)
Design and dimensioning network to support sales on network solution during tender

Requirements:

Have working experience in data centre or network environment
Diploma / Degree in IT/Engineering or related field of studies
Strong network skills in LAN and Network with TCP/IP. CCNA will be added advantage.
Must have experience in deploying Router, Switches, and other related IT equipments.
Thorough understanding of various networking and application level protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, 802.1q, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, VPN
Must able to communicate effectively, be a strong advocate, and work to guide the solution delivered, be proactive and team player.
Conceptual understanding of Information Technology (IT) environments with the ability to advice and source for the appropriate network equipment to meet designed or project requirements
Pleasant interpersonal and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills and Independent and proactive
Experience in ISP and security CCTV industry will be an added advantage
Must be willing to work after normal working hours/standby
